How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching works best when you're willing to be honest with yourself and do work between sessions. If you're feeling stuck but not sure what to do about it — or if you know what you want but can't seem to get traction — coaching is likely a good fit. The discovery call is specifically designed to answer this question.
What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy typically focuses on healing past wounds and mental health treatment. Coaching is forward-focused — we work on where you want to go, what's in the way, and how to move through it. Both have value, and they're not mutually exclusive. Some clients see both a coach and a therapist.
Are sessions in-person or online?
All sessions are conducted via video call, which makes coaching accessible regardless of where you live. Many clients find this format more comfortable than in-person — you're in your own space, which can make honesty easier.
What if I need to pause or cancel my program?
Life happens. I ask for two weeks' notice for cancellations and am happy to accommodate brief pauses for travel or unexpected circumstances. The specifics are covered in the coaching agreement you'll receive before we start.
Do you offer a sliding scale or reduced rates?
I keep a small number of reduced-rate spots for people who genuinely can't afford full rates. Mention it on the discovery call and we'll have an honest conversation about it. I'd rather work with you at a rate that makes sense than not work with you at all.
