1:1 Coaching
Private, focused sessions built entirely around you. No preset curriculum — we work on what matters most in your life right now. Most clients start here when they want the deepest level of attention and customization.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, held weekly or bi-weekly, over a 3- or 6-month engagement. You'll have email and message support between sessions.

Group Programs
Small-group coaching — typically 6 to 10 people — that combines guided coaching with the power of peer accountability. You'll work through structured themes each week while still getting real attention and feedback.
Groups run in 8-week cohorts. Many clients find the shared experience more motivating than working alone — and the cost is significantly lower than 1:1.

Discovery Sessions
A single 90-minute session for people who need clarity on a specific question or decision. Not a full coaching program — a focused, intensive conversation designed to get you unstuck and moving in a clear direction.
Good for: a career crossroads, a relationship decision, a major life question you keep circling. You'll leave with more clarity than you came in with.

Life Transitions Coaching
Big changes are disorienting — even when they're good ones. Career pivots, relationship shifts, a move, a loss, a new chapter. This program is built specifically for people navigating a significant transition and needing support through the uncertainty.
We work at the pace the transition demands. Some transitions take 3 months, some take 6. We'll figure out the right container for yours.
